I have been working as a sign language interpreter for over two decades. My passion for sign language began when a dear friend lost her hearing and required communication through sign language. To support her, I embarked on learning sign language to facilitate communication and provide interpretation services. Over time, my proficiency and affection for sign language deepened, making it an integral part of my communication repertoire.

In 1995, I undertook American Sign Language lessons with a dedicated tutor who equipped me with comprehensive knowledge. Subsequently, I dedicated six years to interpreting religious services, finding immense fulfillment in this role. Transitioning to a position as a Sign Language Interpreter at a local hospital's Radiology Department allowed me to assist deaf patients effectively. Additionally, I spent several years teaching American Sign Language to youngsters in group sessions at my residence.

Recently, I completed a refresher course through the International Open Academy, which reignited my skills and emphasized the significance of understanding deaf culture. I am presently enrolled in a supplementary course at a local University to further hone my abilities, ensuring the highest quality of instruction for my students. I take great pleasure in imparting this beautiful language to children, recognizing the enduring value of learning languages at a young age and the lifelong impact it can have.
